Military Spouse Scholarship Fund

This fund is established to provide scholarships for military spouses. It shall be used to provide scholarships for spouses of: currently deployed service members (active duty, National Guard, Reserves); Veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan; active duty service members.

To qualify, recipients must also meet the following criteria: Applied and accepted as a degree-seeking student to NAU and in good academic standing; applied for the FAFSA application, which ensures the student is also making him/herself available for other sources of funding, augmenting the impact of the Military Spouse Scholarship; enrolled in course(s) leading to an undergraduate degree program as certified on the program of study and by the student’s academic advisor; agree to a beginning, mid-term, and end-of-term/exit assessment contact with the Office of Military and Veteran Affairs, which will also include an end-of-term survey for tracking purposes and ongoing improvement and development of the program.
