Craig M. Shondeck Memorial Scholarship

Recipients of this scholarship must be full-time (12 semester credit hours or more), an undergraduate student, and have a high school GPA of 2.5 or above and maintain 2.5 or above while completing 12 or more credit hours each semester at NAU.

Preference will be given to students who demonstrate leadership ability, involvement in recreational or intercollegiate athletics, generosity, loyalty, and high moral and ethical standards; and who have earned the respect of both their teachers and fellow students. A personal statement outlining the applicant’s qualities and characteristics is to accompany the application.

First priority will be given to graduates of Fox Chapel High School in Pittsburgh, PA. If no applications are received, priority will be given to students from the state of Pennsylvania. In the event that no students from Pennsylvania submit applications for the scholarship, students who meet the other criteria may be considered.
